Executive Summary

The Problem: Property investors can't answer basic questions: Which property performs best? What's my actual cash position? Should I sell or hold? Decisions are based on gut feel, not data.

The Solution: PropertyMaths auto-reconciles rental income, calculates depreciation, shows true ROI across the portfolio, and provides data for sell/hold decisions.

The Outcome: Investors move from annual surprises at tax time to monthly visibility into portfolio performance. Decisions are made with data.
